How to Beat Jet Lag

Anytime you travel to Europe you’re going to have to deal with Jet Lag. My trick is this: don’t sleep for 24 hours before your flight across the Atlantic. You’ll be so tired, you’ll sleep on the plane. Then stay up once you land the whole next day until it is nighttime in Europe. Bingo bango bongo drums! You’ll be refreshed and on a completely different sleep cycle in no time at all.

This is my current strategy! My flight is in 16 hours and I’m not sleeping a wink.
